Hansika Motwani

Hansika is a beautiful Indian actress who mostly appears in Telugu and Tamil films. She was born on August 9, 1991 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Her full name is Hansika Motwani, her father Pradeep Motwani is a businessman and mother Mona Motwani, a dermatologist. Born in a prestigious Sindhi family, she is well educated and a disciplined girl. She has a brother named Prashanth Motwani. She continued to live in Andheri, Bombay with her mom, after her parents got divorced in 2004. Her 2013 Horoscope prediction states that, she will be in favor so fas as it concerns legal battles, while her Career Horoscope suggests that she will enjoy fame, money, and succeed in all aspects.

Her film debut was with a leading role in Desamuduru, a Telugu movie which fetched her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut (South). And then, she appeared in high budget Telugu movies like Maska, Kantri etc. Coming to the Tamil cinema industry, she started her career with a film named Mappillai. Hansika Motwani, within a short time, became a leading contemporary actress in the Tamil cinema industry by taking part in commercially successful Tamil films like Velayudham and Oru Kal Oru Kannadi. She even performed in a serial dubbed as Hum Do Hain Na, in which she had double roles - Kareena and Koyal. She had her schooling from the Podar International School in Mumbai and then, she went for further study to the International Curriculum School in Mumbai. 

Hansika also appeared in various TV commercials and some TV serials including Celebrity Fame Gurukul, Hum 2 Hai Na, Desh Me Nikla Hoga Chand, Tum Bin (as a child artist), and Shakalaka Boom Boom. Juhi Chawla, who happened to Hansika's mom's client, noticed the pretty girl and suggested that she should act in movies.

She speaks Hindi and Telugu fluently. She is involved in diet and physical fitness programs with Mickey Mehta. Helped by her mom in managing her career, she has three other professionals to look after and manage her schedules and business. When she was still a school girl, she mentioned in an interview that she usually shoot after 2pm only as her school finishes by 1pm. So, she and her mother request the producers to schedule the scenes only after 2pm. On the other hand, Hansika reserve the weekends for commercial purpose. Lee Unkrich celebrated his 45th birthday on Aug 09,2013.
