Big B, is celebrating his 71st birthday today(11/10/2013).He was born in the year 1942, in Allahabad, Uttar Pradhesh. His father, Harivansh Rai Bachan, was well known poet and his mother was Teji Bachan. His parents named his elder brother Ajitabh. After completing education in Uttar Pradesh, he moved to Bombay to cherish his dream to become an actor. In the beginning of the career, he did face rejection from the filmmakers as they preferred someone who had fairer skin. But they were much impressed by his deep baritone voice, and they gave him an opportunity for narration and background commentary. He was part of the successful cast of Saat Hindustani. A letter of introduction of then Prime minister, Indira Ghandhi, has helped him to get a break in Bollywood. . Thus he made an entry in Bollywood with Zanjeer. In the movie, his co star was Jaya Bhaduri, who he later married and have two children through her. Since then amitabh bachchan never looked back and still going strong.

After taking a four year break, he made comeback in movies and at the time critics had written him off but his career was saved with the movie Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. Anu Hassan

Anu Hasan is a well known and famous Tamil actress, model, TV anchor. She made her film debut in the critically acclaimed movie Indira which was held in 1996. Kumar Gaurav

Kumar Gaurav is an Indian film actor and son of late actor Rajendra Kumar. He has acted in several hit films like Love Story, Teri Kasam, Naam, Indrajeet, and Kaante. His real name is Manoj Tuli and he was born in the Punjabi-speaking Tuli family on July 11, 1960. He has one brother to two sisters. His father Rajendra Kumar was the legendary Bollywood mega-star and his mother's name is Shukla. Manoj studied in Simla's Bishop Cotton School. After completing his education, his father launched him in a lead role in Love Story (1981) opposite Vijayata Pandit, the sister of Bollywood actress, Sulakshana Pandit. The movie did very well and was a blockbuster, and catapulted him to fame virtually overnight. Thus, Kumar Gaurav was born and thronged by females of all ages. Many youngsters began to emulate him. His next film, the 1982 was Teri Kasam with actress Poonam Dhillon, another heart-throb of the generation, was a mild success, though his later films proved to be disappointing at the box office. Despite the success of Naam, Gaurav's career declined as all of his subsequent films failed to do well at the box office. Hoping to follow in his father's footsteps, Kumar signed a number of films, mostly in romantic lead roles, but all of them failed. He then got married to Namrata Dutt, the daughter of Bollywood mega-actors, Sunil Dutt and Nargis Dutt.

Shortly thereafter, the duo became parents of two daughters, Saachi and Siya. His father attempted to re-launch his son's career in Phool (1993), which also failed. He did appear in Naam (1986) and Kantee (2002) but was overshadowed by his brother-in-law, Sanjay Dutt, and other Bollywood mega-stars. His father passed away on July 12, 1999. Kumar, who has since then appeared in a Hollywood movie Guiana 1838 (2004) has two other movies listed for release during the year 2009. After ensuring his daughters' marriages, he would prefer spending his spare time fishing with a kerosene-lit lantern. Kumar Gaurav is presently living in Bombay with his family and owns a production house that makes music videos. He also owns another business for tourism.
