Sreesanth

Sreesanth is an Indian cricketer, who is mostly known for his aggressive nature on field, is celebrating his Birthday today. According to her birth chart, He was born on February 6, 1983 in Kothamangalam, Kerala to Shanthakumaran Nair and Savithri Devi and he is Hindu Brahmin. In his childhood, Sreesanth was selected for the MRF Pace Foundation in Chennai and played for the first time against Goa in the Ranji Trophy during 2002-03. In a Ranji Trophy game against Himachal Pradesh in 2004, Sreesanth took a hat-trick and made his place in the record books. In 2005, he played for the Challenger Trophy and represented India B. Cricketer Praveen Kumar was replaced by Sreesanth in 2011 Circket World Cup due to an injury but his performance was average. Sreesanth took the place of Zaheer Khan and played his first Test match in 2006 against England. On the tour of the West Indies, he turned out as a leading pace bowler of the team.

The best ever performance of Sreesanth can be seen in his first Test of India's tour to South Africa where he was named man of the match. In 2009, he played Test series against Sri Lanka and in the second Test, he took six wickets in the first innings and won the title of Man of the Match. He became a part of the world Twenty20 Championship 2007 and took the wickets of Adam Gilchrist and Matthew Hayden that helped in the team's win for semifinals. India became World Twenty20 Champions after he held on to the catch in the last over against Pakistan. He also played for Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League in 2008 and signed for Kochi in 2011 and Rajasthan Royals in 2012.
