The best bond ever and the heartthrob of many, Daniel Craig turns 45 on his Birthday today. This English actor was born on March 2, 1968 in Chesrire, England to father Timothy John Wroughton Craig and mother, Carol Olivia. At the age of six, he began acting in plays in school and went to London at the age of sixteen, to join the National Youth Theatre. He went to Guildhall School of Music and Drama and in 1991, he completed his graduation. In 1992, the Celebrity got married to Scottish actress Fiona Loudon and they have a daughter named, Ella. But that marriage ended up in divorce in 1994. During his initial career phase, Craig, was offered roles on Angels in America, Heartbeat, and the BBC's 1996 drama, Our Friends in the North.

He also worked in the successful TV series, Our Friends in the North and that recognized his hard work and talent. His work in the television adaptation of The Fortunes and Misfortunes of Moll Flandrs earned him more screen image. In 1998, he became a part of the big budget film, Elizabeth, followed by Love is the Devil, and The Trench. Soon after, he was offered good roles under big banner films like Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Road to Perdition, Layer Cake and Munich. Craign, by the time, has gained some recognition but still continued doing a series of film roles instead of making his way to Hollywood. Craig was highly criticized in the beginning stating that he was not suitable for the role.
