Naseeruddin Shah was born on 20 July 1950 is famous Indian actor and director. He is one of finest film and stage actor that India has. The actor has received many awards like three National awards, three Filmfare awards for Best actor and also received Best actor award at Venice film festival. The government of India has honoured him with both Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan civilan awards for his contributions to Indian Cinema. Shah family belongs from Sardhana district Meerut in Uttar Pradesh. His father was in Indian Army so he shifted his place for his education like Schooling in Ajmer, College in Nainital and graduation from Aligarh Muslim University. After that he attended National School of Drama in Delhi. In his personal life he is blessed with one daughter from his first wife Manara Sikri and after her death he married film actress Ratna Pathak Shah in 1982 from whom he has two sons.

His work is remarkable with movies like Karma with Dilip kumar, Ijaazat, Hero hiralal, Tridev, Gulami, English Movie The perfect murder, Inspector Ghote starring opposite his wife Ratna Pathak Shah, he also acted as Villan in film Mohra which was his 100th Film as actor, he also acted in Malayalam cinema with Mammooty.
His dream to play a role of Mahatma Gandhi was fulfilled in Kamal Hasan’s movie Hey Ram; he got to play a drunken cricketer in Iqbal, and a terrorist in Sarfarosh. Asambhav, The Dirty Picture are also some of his bollywood movies. He has worked in some International projects like Monsoon Wedding, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Maqbool, and The Great New Wonderful. He has made his debut in Pakistani film Khuda Ke Liye where he played a short Cameo. He has worked on Television and Performed stage shows also. Sindhu Tolani celebrated her 29th birthday on 19 july.
