Arshad Warsi

The choreographer turned actor, Arshad Warsi, who is popularly known by his film character, Circuit, is celebrating his 45th Birthday today. He was born on April 19 1968 in Mumbai, Maharashtra into a Muslim family. He completed his schooling at a boarding school, Barnes School in Nashik, where he was a national level gymnast. When he was 14, he was orphaned and had to struggle for a living in that city. Financial problems made Arshad, who was just 17 at that time, to work as door to door cosmetics salesman. Then, he worked in a photo lab. His passion towards dancing has made him join Akbar Sami's Dance group, and only then, his career in dancing and choreographing began.

For the films, Thikana and Kaash in 1987, he even assisted Mahesh Bhatt. Arshad took part and won in the Indian dance competition in 1991 and stood fourth in the Modern Jazz category in 1992 in the World Dance Championship, London. Later, Arshad Warsi opened his own dance studio named, Awesome and Maria Goretti, his future wife, joined the studio. He choreographed various shows for Bharat Dabholkar and that fetched him a chance to work for the title song of the film, Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja in 1993.

Debut in films of this Celebrity happened in 1996 through Tere Mere Sapne and it was a hit. After that, he worked in several films but maximum of them were unsuccessful. The turning point came in his career with the super hit film, Munnabhai MBBS where he played circuit. Then he went on working in many good films that made him popular such as Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya, Golmaal, Lage Raho Munnabhai, Dhamaal, Golmal Returns, Ishqiya, Golmaal 3, Zilla Ghaziabad and his recent solo hit is Jolly LLB. His upcoming films include Peekay, Dedh Ishqiya, Golmaal 4, and Munnabhai 4. His Achievements in the awards include Star Screen, IIFA, Filmfare, Gifa and Zee Cine Awards.

Arshad produced the movie, Hum Tum Aur Ghost and even hosted popular shows like Bigg Boss Season 1, Razzmatazz and Sabse Favourite Kaun. He and Maria have a son named Zeke Warsi and a daughter, Zene Zoe Warsi. Arshad Warsi was born under the fiery Aries Zodiac Sign and he is grounded, talented, creative and energetic person. His Horoscope states that this is a good time for the actor on the professional front. He will receive several good opportunities and will see success.
